How to Request Deletion of Your Data
You can request deletion of all data associated with your HelloShare account at any time. This includes your account information, connected social media tokens, composed posts, uploaded media files, and any other data stored by the Service.
Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your data, send an email to jonathan@helloshare.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your HelloShare account.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account and profile information
- All connected social media account tokens
- All composed, scheduled, and published posts
- All uploaded media files
- All analytics and usage data
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
Disconnect Individual Accounts
If you only want to disconnect a specific social media account without deleting your entire HelloShare account, you can do so from the Channels section in your HelloShare settings. Disconnecting an account will immediately revoke the stored OAuth tokens for that platform.
